ANDREW SWALLOW

Val Neal

Val was bitten by the acting bug at the tender age of five when she was cast as a Christmas Tree in the Sunday School play.

Her father spent weeks making her outfit which had a cardboard stem down the front. After doing her bit she was told to sit down on a little chair by her Sunday School teacher. She did not want to as she was afraid the stem would break. She stood there dumb struck until the teacher gently forced her to sit, breaking the stem and Val broke into floods of tears.

However she fully recovered from this very traumatic event and the following year she was cast as Dick Whittington's cat........the rest as they say ....is history!

In recent times her credits include:

The House on the Cliff

Dead Ringer

Day of Reckoning

Laying The Ghost

Murdered to Death

Thriller of the Year
