Ellen is a young girl confined to a wheelchair because of an accident in which her father died. But is everything as it seems? Did she cause the accident that killed her father? Is she really paralysed? Who is the mysterious stranger climbing the steps to the house on the cliff? Is she the victim of a wicked stepmother?
